Sac county mod question

If I mod my permit to change one of the three guns listed, do I need to requal with the two that are staying on the permit?
I didn't think this was needed, but someone mentioned this to me the other day, and since I am going to do a mod soon, I wanted to double check.

No you won't need to requalify. They will ask you if you want to remove the others or keep them on there. I'm not sure who on their right mind would say...yes remove my other handguns (well I guess maybe if you didn't own them anymore).

Since I already have three, I will need to remove one to add a new one.
