I ordered and just received a double id wallet from Wallet Gear. This wallet required me to still trim part of the license (hopefully that is still GTG). I assume that it'll be really rare that I need to ever present it. If I do, it will be right there with my ID...or just simply is if I ever get stopped by LEO for any reason and asked for my ID.

Shop ID wallets and passports for all your Identification needs. Wide selection of ID cases like ID Card Wallet, passport covers, and more.

Maybe others have suggestions that do not require trimming, but I want something more compact (pretty thin) so am pleased with this one.

For my driver's license, I needed to put my primary go to credit cards behind it to make it snug since it is a bit small for the LTC but much larger than my driver's license.

The BigSkinny wallets are the best wallets around! They are really thin and fit everything in it. I am amazed with this thing. I purchased two of the leather bi-folds a couple years ago and I am still on my first one. Great quality and it stays very skinny due to the design.

Since we can never hope to understand why we're here, if there's even anything to understand, the individual should choose a goal and pursue it wholeheartedly, despite the certainty of death and the meaninglessness of action.

I had to spend a unpleasant day at the mall shopping for one. I wish Sac County would join the 21 century and make credit card style CCWs like most other states have. Good luck your options are slim.

You absolutely should not carry your CCW license in anything other than a genuine, American made, leather, Tactical wallet specifically made and marketed to hold the grand treasure that is your license........

Option #2 is to just tuck it in your regular wallet behind your drivers license.

Personally, I go with option #2.

                        Most bi-folds will work.

I use this one from Tony Perotti Leather

Fold the license in half and laminate. Slide into large inside pocket of wallet near the fold.

I was able to find a bifold wallet at Wally's World not the best looking but the Sac County Permit slides right in with no trimming. Cost was about 25 bucks. Again not the best looking but it works.

Me, too. Seems to work just fine. Of course, if it's important to you display it, then option #2 doesn't work for that.
