    CCW classes in Reno

Any that you would refer me to? And why?
Any that you would tell me to stay away from? And why?

I am looking for the good, the bad, and the ugly.
I am getting ready to get my NV. CCW.

    Thanks

do you have your cali ccw? If so you can just apply for the AZ ccw and get nv through reciprocity.

Unless something has recently changed AZ DPS has been rejecting CA permits as not meeting requirements for issuance of an AZ permit. He can still use other forms of demonstrated competency though. And I would recommend he still get the NV permit. I've had AZ for some time but plan on getting NV because frankly, I don't trust them to continue honoring AZ.

In Washoe County (Reno area), most people seem to recommend and have high praises for Armed and Safe.

I also recommend getting a non-resident NV CFP, instead of relying on another state's non-resident CCW permit.
        Because...
#1) You do not learn about NV laws pertaining to CCW, use of force and when/where you can or can not carry from another states' CCW class.
#2) NV can drop another state's permit when the NVSCA decides that state no longer meets NV's requirements (like they did with UT & FL).

I am planning on getting a NV. CCW.

I live in Plumas counting, here in CA. I am in Reno about 2 times a week.

I turned in my paper work for my Ca. CCW last week. Plumas county is shall issue. So just waiting for the time to pass.

          Take care

NV does not recognize AZ CCW.

They do starting July 1st. How long that will last is another question.
