    Glenn county?

    I am looking to get a ccw in Glenn. I picked up the app today, reading through it, I see mention of a psych eval, is this mandatory? Then take a law and ethics course, then the regular course. Can someone on here give me any info on how difficult its going to be to get one here? Any help would be appreciated.
