    CCW question regarding HSC

I noticed #X41 (link below) is an exception to having to test out for HSC. It doesn't say if its a cert or actual permit AND in the state you live in or else where? Was just curious more than anything. The way it reads is any state would do?

◦X41 = Carry Concealed Weapon (CCW) Permit Holder

-If you insult me for my grammar errors, what makes you think I understand the insult?
-Play stupid games, win stupid prizes. Are we done
-Voting is like falling off your bike. Sidewalk or street. Both are painful to fall on. But, the sidewalk (Mitt) is closer to the green grass.

It says permit holder. It is permit holder. CCW training is not a permit.

I saw that, but that wasn't the whole question So, a Utah permit holder is fine for California or Florida, or even Navada? It doesn't say either way.

You need to have your CCW permit in order to be be exempt from the HSC.

I would think you need a California permit since the HSC is for California. Or at least the site you listed is for the AG of CA.

            That answer the first question.

Second one, same state you apply in? It doesn't say.

California only recognizes California permits, so there really is no other permit as far as California is concerned. Maybe someday, but not today...

From what I understand X-41 is in the California Codes as the definition of a CA CCW permit holder.
