Just got back from Laughlin Nevada as well as Arizona and CCW for the first time (legally of course with a valid NV & UT Permit)...
At first, I was very self conscious always thinking someone would suspect me of concealing a weapon especially when gambling at the table games area.
For the 4 days straight of CCW, the self consciousness of being watched wore off and it felt more like my normal EDC in California which is A leatherman tool
(you know its there... but you dont use it unless you need it... the leatherman that is...)
By no means did I feel invincible being armed nor would I ever abuse the privilege to carry concealed.
BUT... it sure felt reassuring knowing that I can protect myself and my family should a use of deadly force presents itself.
Hopefully California laws will follow suit of the many shall issue states in the union.
