San Bernardino Renewal in Feb, still no card

Has anyone else been waiting a long time for their renewal card to be mailed? I did my reneal class in Feb and still nothing. When I email them, they keep saying a couple more weeks for the last 2 months.

Yes, same here. I had my class 2/29, got an email my renewal was approved a fee weeks ago?. just emailed them today to see if maybe my new card had got lost in the mail. They notified me they were short staffed and they would email me ones the new card was printed and mailed out.

thats normal, it take 4 months.

As a non-San Bernardino resident where did you get your facts?

It can take a few weeks to a few months.

Same here ..modification was approved by email March,20 and have not received the card yet
