Permitium status changed to ?order started.?

My CCW renewal has been wonky since I submitted my application early February. It had been stuck on ?assigning to processor shortly for about 6 weeks and then today it went to ?order started.?

Da hell is going on??

Can't call and ask about the sudden demotion in status? Or go to the office? Explain what happened.

Seems odd enough so that they would look into it.

Emailed and called today. I?m supposed to get a call back from the processor assigned to my application.
