5.7x28 for carry, would you do it?

Would you guys carry a 5.7x28 gun?

If you can afford it, and have freedom mags, would you carry a gun in this cartridge?

I can fit my Glock 20SF appendix, Glock 19, and Ruger Max 9. I've always felt it's an underrated man stopper, but requires a 5" barrel. Now I know many 1911 guys have carried full size before.

What advantage do you feel it would have over a 10mm in the CCW role?
Buy made in USA whenever possible.

If I were a larger man and could legally purchase that good SS190 I would at least think about it.

Nope. Besides, some IAs won't allow it. Mine won't allow anything below 380 cal.

                  Lots of negative reviews online.
I read a CCW holder emptied a magazine and didn?t stop the bad guy.

I only know this bc I had the same question as you.

Well, the army base shooter used a five seven with ss190. He killed many unfortunately.

I know there are more potent loads, but idk. I'll probably put it on the carry list, but won't actually use it.

                      So a .22 WMR, Beretta .25, 0r a C&R Walther .32 aren't allowed to be carried?

In Utah and Tennessee they are. Most CA agencies, no.

                          It's ironic

In CA they want to make sure the perp is dead or on death's door, not just wounded.

I've always thought it was really odd as well, no clue what the actual thinking is on that, maybe someone else here has some insight.

The Ft. Hood shooter had one and a .357mag. The only fatalities were hit with .357
