    Uscca membership? Is It needed?

For $40/ month I?m debating whether or not it?s really worth getting or not.

    Any thoughts?

I've got Armed Citizen Legal Defense Network

I am considering adding something else. I believe that I have heard other members recommending CCW Safe. My feeling is that you need to have something. Any one of the plans out there is better than nothing. It's pretty important to know who to call to get the ball rolling if you've been involved in a defensive shooting.

Do you understand how much a self defense trial can cost if you have to shoot someone?

Do you have that money readily available without having to mortgage your house or sell the children?

The odds of you ever shooting someone are really low. But the odds of you having legal repercussions if you do ever have to shoot someone are really high.

Choose wisely. And may the odds be ever in your favor.

        CCW Safe > USCCA.

        Do your research.

If you have at least $200,000 to pony up for a criminal trial, then by all means go without insurance. Not to mention the civil trial that will follow afterwards.

Have a look at this thread, there's a link in the thread to follow that compares the different insurances- https://www.calguns.net/calgunforum/....php?t=1389615

I went with CCW Safe because USCCA has a recoupment clause which I just don't agree with.

I understand. Uscca is just soooo expensive. I was hoping someone can give me a less expensive but sufficient insurer

Wow I don?t know what any of these legal terms are. I have a lot of research to do.

                  Red flag law?

                  Recoupment clause?

I?m gonna need to do some Google

                    I've also had:
CCW Safe has your back. Join today and we'll be there when you need someone on your side after a self-defense incident. Support, expertise and personal care.

                    for several years.

I haven't recently done any comparisons as to what's currently available and, thank goodness, I've not needed to use the coverage.

CCWSafe also provides much video or written training/articles. I noticed there are a variety of plan/coverage levels, too.

Overall, yes; I believe some type of insurance coverage is prudent.

                      In my price range

Cause they are either like 300/400 a year or like 100/150 a year

So for the lower tier I came to the conclusion that right to bear is probably the best value and protection for that price

I just renewed my CCW Safe for $209 / year. I hope I?ll never have to call them.

Your renew price is more than what I plan to spend on my initial price [emoji28]

I will probably go with right to bear, armed citizen LDN, or US law shield.

Those are the ones that cost around $130/ year

It?s understandable, it?s all within consideration of what you have to loose. Anything is better than nothing, but given that I fil 3-5 police reports a year in my business, I?m not considering myself as ?I have a very slim chance to use it?.

How much can you afford in attorney fees defending yourself in a criminal AND a civil case should you have to defend yourself with a gun?
