Anyone ever made a typo on permitium?

Has anyone every typed in a wrong number or additional number or letter on the online application package with permitium? It's my first time doing a renewal on there and realized I added an extra digit. There wasn't a preview of the app package to review before you submit. I only noticed it after I submitted and downloaded the package to view. Just wondering if anyone has made that mistake and what did you do to correct it? I tried calling permitium but they're closed. I just don't want it to get denied then having to pay another fee for another renewal app. That would suck. Thanks in advance!

Create a Word document, explain the issue, turn the doc into a PDF.
Add it to your Permitium file.

I'll do that. My renewal hasn't been processed yet, so hopefully I'll be able to fix it. Thank you!

Contact the LE, they can update it.

After my livescan, Sheriff found the serial of the firearm to be incorrect. They offered to correct it so i obliged.

Yea. I gave the CCW coordinator a call also and left him a message about the issue. I've also sent perimitium an email and also uploaded a word doc as suggested about the issue. Hopefully one of them will be able to resolve it. Thanks!

You can go back a page if you're still working on the app. Once you submit the app, you can't do that any longer. I'll keep everyone posted though just in case this happens to anyone else in the future and they're looking for answers.

So Permitium hasn't replied back to me, but PD returned my call and said it's an easy fix for them and not to worry about it.

Permitium is concerned with the system function. Operator errors aren't their problem.

The IA has access to the system and can make corrections, but in busy offices, working through emails takes time and resources.

Putting the info in a document in the Permitium app provides the info when the IA needs it (assessing your app) and is simple. I've done it a couple of times when the App didn't do what I thought I'd told it to do.

i had inputted the wrong serial number on one of the pistols that i wanted to carry. i received a call from the deputy working my application telling me that the serial didn’t match me as the owner. I verified what the number was and saw that i made a typo on that one gun. easy fix.

I messed up my SN# on a gun. I caught it a day later but it severely lagged my CCW application process. No amount of phone calls or emails got it fixed until out of the blue an investigator called me to ask why the SN# for that gun didn't exist.
