Transferring to CCW to Sac County

So I'm looking in to moving into the Sacramento County area and I currently hold a CCW in a different county I was trying to do a search on anyone with already current experienced or experiencing with this process that can share any info that I should look out for.

    Thanks in advance..

What county are you moving from?

From why I’ve read, once you move, you have 90* days with your current CCW to give you enough time to apply at the new jurisdiction. You can’t transfer it over. You’ll need to apply as a new applicant in Sac County.

Edited to 90 days. Thanks Librarian.

90 days, but otherwise correct. See the sticky, http://www.calguns.net/calgunforum/s...d.php?t=388997

Frozen in 2015, it is falling out of date and I can no longer edit the content. But much of it is still good!

The information above is good, but the type of people you're looking for are most likely over on the Sac County thread.

That will also give you information on the timelines currently being experienced in Sac.
