OC CCW Pending Application Question - Adding Guns?

My question is my application and interview is pending but if I had purchased new guns recently that I wanted to add to the application, can I? or do I have wait until I'm approved and add them after the fact. I checked everywhere on the online application site and couldn't find anything.

I submitted my Initial OC CCW Application on 7/22/21. My interview date is 12/8/21. Haven't done training and live scan yet. However, today on 8/2/21, I had my payment refunded and interview rescheduled to 9/22/21.

Since you haven’t been interviewed, mention it to your investigator when you go that’d you’d like to add those in.

They’ll okay it. Just make sure to qualify with them once you do your training.

Oh, sorry if I posted this in the wrong discussion but I wanted to ask the adding guns portion and wasn't sure If that pertained to county/IA. I'll most likely do the training prior the interview to get it over with and because of my availability. I will just qualify with the extra firearms at the time. Thanks again.

You get certified with that specific firearm you gonna add to your ccw. Once you got the certificate, email them to let them know to add that firearm under section 3 (Description of Weapons) of the form and upload your certificate to the email and the portal. I have done add/remove prior to my interview. I even add new firearm 5 days before my interview( with some corrections of the firearm brand name) but after my interview and when I received my ccw card everthing is perfect. No need to wait until your interview, just let them know right away. Goodluck!
