modified weapon on CCW

This may not be the correct place to post this question. If wrong please move. I have a Keltec P11 that I had to file a small portion of the trigger guard for clearance enough to put my finger in so actuate the trigger. It in no way exposes the trigger to external forces that could cause an accidental discharge. The CCW class I took said I could not add it to my license because it was "modified". If you are familiar with the P11, You know that it is about a 10 lb. trigger pull D/A only. It has a hard enough time firing on purpose. Does anyone know of the OCSD would look at the pistol and make a judgement call on something like this?

Seems harmless.

Poke around the website and maybe ask a ccw instructor if there is any option to have ocsd look at a weapon for approval.

My CCW instructor told me I couldn't have any slide cuts(RMR, cosmetics), but my frame could be stippled, weird right? And usually when people stipple glocks, they do under cut the trigger guard for the same reason. But then again, when I did my qualifation, my glock is, and STILL is, stock, no mods. I'm in OC

I’m curious on the mod. Can you post a picture? Can you shoot it better with both left and right had after the cut?

OCSD says no "internal mods" I checked with them on lci delete and removal of mag disconnect on a shield and they replied that external mods are fine, but not internal. That answer came in March of this year.

I showed up with a custom (very heavily modified obviously) 1911 for my original permit shoot and a Bulldog that I chopped the hammer spur off of for my amendment shoot. The RO inspected them and put me on the firing line.

I wait to be told "no". I don't ask.
