On Target Mission Viejo, the cost of shooting lane, only down side is you have to buy there ammo which they sell at inflated price, my add on one gun came to around $80, but went when I was free and left with all the paper work to submit to OC Sheriff, was there less than 1hr total

Check with Ben @ Ben Hansen Firearms Training....check his website....he's a good guy and I think it's fairly cheap to do an add-on.

I think you show up at the range session of one of his classes.

I'd call OC Firearms Training Academy. Tell them you want to add a gun to your permit. They'll likely just have you show up at a class they're having and have you shoot. It will likely be reasonable. 714.541.1111.

I will use On Target to add a gun. This is from its home page:

That might only apply if you had previously qualified for CCW with them. I don't know but recommend you get the details from On Target.

/\ That may not have been updated yet. I added one there the other day and I only had to buy one box of ammo. When they say "free", I don't know if they mean no additional charges other than the ammo (such as range fee.) I'm a member so I only had to pay for one box of ammo.

Yes, If someone's a member at OT it's likely the cheapest. Otherwise I'd call before I head down there.
