    I need HELP

I had to pull my weapon yesterday on someone that was trying to harm me in front of my house. And they called the police and I've been arrested and charged with assult with a deadly weapon. And I never touched the person! I'm in Sacramento and don't want to lose everything. I need help if any can talk to me about this. I've never been arrested I have/ had a ccw for almost 10 years. Please help.

Get an attorney NOW, the internet is no place for legal advise. You should only talk to your attorney about details no one else.

Your attorney will guide you in the right direction. Speak nothing of it online or to friends for now. (delete this thread)

do you have CCW insurance/membership (CCW Safe, USCCA)? Maybe start there...

I agree with others here; Say NOTHING on line or to anyone but your attorney. (I hope you have USCCA & CCWsafe) Do NOT talk to the police without your attorney present. Anything you say can be misunderstood and WILL be used against you. Good luck to you and tell us all about it only when it is over and resolved.

I agree with being the first to call 911 and above all getting an attorney

Damn this is pretty much an advertisement for ccw insurance.

Remind me that i need to get coverage.
