I agree drawing a gun can defuse a situation and should not be against the law unless the drawing can be shown to be complety unwarranted.

Personally, I disagree with drawing a gun to defuse a situation. If you draw your gun it should mean you literally fear for your life and that pulling that trigger you are stopping a threat to your own person or preventing loss of life to another.

But, to each his own. CCW holders alone have to make those important decisions.

I've heard it's easy to get a CCW in Culver City; you just have to prove residency.

Robert Blake got a CCW by showing that he owned property in Culver City, even though he lived in Studio City.
