Current DOJ Delay

Picked up my CCW this am and chatted with the IA for a while. He mentioned that he has some folks who have been waiting for 5+ months on DOJ. I did my Livescan in January and was called in to take the psychology test 75 days later. The IA mentioned that the combination of gun purchases and CCW applications has recently driven up the number of requests.

Short form MMPI (540 questions) as required by the IA. OTOH, "personal protection" plus an actual GMC you're good to go. (San Benito County)
