I currently hold a valid COE and have been in the live scan system for years. Will it speed the process if I submit my COE with the application? Doesn't that already prove that I'm not a prohibited person?

Unfortunately none of the different agencies seem to talk to one another. I have been live scanned so many times for various different things it ridiculous. I am starting to build up a fairly expensive bill from doing it so many times at a $100 dollars a pop.Comment
