US Justice Department 2A Civil Rights Violation

I submitted my CCW application and supporting docs to the Santa Barbara County Sheriff in mid December of 2024 and completed the LiveScan and fingerprinting shortly thereafter. The Permitium website continues to list it as in process. Day before yesterday I filed a Report with the Civil Rights Division of United States Justice Department at this URL:

This action was prompted by a Facebook Reel where Civil Rights Division Director Harmett Dhillon promised strong action against states who are violating 2A rights:

I encourage all those in similar situations to file reports as well. If enough of us complain, perhaps the Feds will break the log jam and strike down these and other unconstitutional practices here in California.

After filing a federal civil case and obtaining judgment in my favor against Morro Bay and two of its police chiefs (personally), and obtaining full payment on the judgment, i then submitted a civil rights complaint asking that both police chiefs be prosecuted criminally:
