    Well I am not sure which Sheriff will be approving your application. I suppose it depends on when it comes to the top of the pile and if Christianson or Dirkse is sitting at the desk at the time.

    However I have not heard of any significant differences between the two when it comes to CCWs. I think Alanis would have been better for CCW but we have it pretty good here.

    I think the honesty about the violations is better than hiding them and the department finding them.

      I’m wanting to get mine this year as well, I read during election time the new Sherrif has the same view as Christiansen did on issueing ccw however we all know things can change after he got your vote so I don’t know.. but keep us posted how the process is going I’m curious as well.

          In our county the cops (especially the sheriff) still values our lives over the scumbags and illegals.

            Appointment went pretty quick. Showed up early handed in my paperwork. They took my prints and told me it could be as long as 6 months or as short at two weeks for them to hear back from DOJ. Will update when I hear back.

              Mine took less than a week after the appointment. My wife's did as well.
