    First Appleseed Experience

I attended the Memorial day Appleseed at P2K range in El Cajon today with my 15 year old stepbrother.

I thought it was definitely a cool way to spend memorial day because of the message about not taking our freedom for granted.

The instructors were definitely a class act, too.

The only bad thing I can say is that since I did poorly I feel like I gotta keep on going back until I redeem myself.

I'll try to bring someone new along next time to spread the message, though.

    Hey there

I am happy to see you made it out with your StepBro. Spending Memorial Day there was a great idea, I was working the Glen Helen shoot on Saturday and we had a great time. Come on back and enjoy yourself and practice to and shoot and learn and enjoy and take the 7th step and bring someone.
Dude, your a Calgunner, when you hit your Rifleman score, I will send you Calguns swag.

Thank you for coming out to the shoot, it was a great shoot. Being an instructor at a shoot and seeing soooo many young shooters makes me realize that what we are doing is hitting the right audience. I hope to see you out at other San Diego shoots.
