    Chabot and magnetic ammo ?

Can anyone confirm that magnetic ammo is not allowed at the Chabot Appleseed?

    Thanks!

Appleseed does not prohibit magnetic ammo, however the hosting range rules may ban the ammo. Check the rules for the Chabot range.

      Thanks Rock.

I just sent a e-mail to the rangemaster at Chabot's.

The Appleseed web site says "No tracer, incindiary ammo, or ammo that attracts a magnet allowed ".

I don't see anything about this at Chabot's web site.

      Cheers.

No I think there talking about steel core or FMJ at public ranges. Lead is always good and soft in a non condor fly zone.-g

I've never heard of any issues at Chabot with magnetic ammo. Certainly nobody has ever asked me if mine is magnetic or not.

I asked a couple of years ago about bi-metal ammo. No issues. It was during the CG Shoot-n-Que.
