For the Garand match, do I just show up for registration and all paperwork can be taken care of there? Last minute freedom=I am planning on Saturday but might make it Sunday.

We prefer preregistration for planning purposes and give a discount for it. However, we can all appreciate last minute freedom; so yes, you can come out and take care of paperwork at the Range. Please leave enough time so you can be ready to shoot at 0730.
