The Santa Margarita Gun Club has to have an EMT or higher to open the range.

Santa Margarita Gun Club will offer you a free membership and your match fees will be waived for the matches that you are 'on duty'.

...and it's pretty awesome to be able to shoot at Camp Pendleton. Really lovely venue.
