Sponsor needed

Hello everyone, was wondering if anyone can sponsor me for a regular civilian membership. I live close by

Sponsorship is not required. Fill out the membership application and send your dues. An associate membership will be assigned to you (all privileges except voting). When you have enough seniority, participation, and club service, eventually you will attain Regular Member status. The number of regular members is based on the number of active duty members. The ratio is set by our charter. When this crap is over and we can access the base again, come on out to a match!

Sounds good, I contacted the visitors center and they said I needed to have a sponsor to email them prior to me coming in and handing in my application, but that might have been for a regular membership. Is the SM gun club strictly for matches only, or is there an open range for civilians?

The Santa Margarita Gun Club is for matches. Due to Corona Virus the earliest we will be able to have a match is September.

Ah yes, Base Access Sponsor will be needed. When we get back on-line after the COVID shutdown we will be able to work that out for you.
