Buyer was banned

Hello a buyer recently purchased from me and over the weekend they we're banned on here. No idea what happened but wanted to know if I could get there personal email that they registered with on here ? I got there PayPal payment and have shipped off there item today but wanted to confirm. I don't see an option for sending email through PayPal to buyers outside of eBay.

BTW I hope I placed this in the correct section, as I did not see a help section here.

Go to the main page and scroll down to the bottom for the list of currently active users. Moderators will show up in bold black lettering, click on their user name and you can send them a PM.

you paid with paypal , so you should have their email addy right ?

Use the paypal address that the buyer used to send you the funds, it should be included in the email that was sent to confirming payment.

That's the thing there is no option to email them when looking at received payments from the PayPal page. There verified too.

Some people don't use their email for there paypal address. I have found that in past.

I was , seller not buyer. Its OK I'm sure the guy will get his item..its too bad cause I was looking forward to the iTrader feedback too.

Sounds about right Jack, found the buyers email and sent an email received a failure to send email from the host. :thumbdown:

Have you been helped with this yet? PM me their username. I will reach out to the buyer to get the OK before releasing their personal email address.
