    new to cal guns..

okay, i signed up a few months ago but i never really used this site..

im interested in finding out more about hunting and CA gun laws, but more immediately im interested in being able to sell some of my firearms (to help pay for the new ones i want)...

ive been to multiple local gun shops but they all tell me its better to sell it private party...

i cant find a classifieds section on here...where is best to sell my guns?

im trying to sell my mossberg 590A1 with a few upgrades on it..

thanks for any and all advice.

    -Nick

            Welcome to Calguns!

This sub-forum is just for introducing yourself, your question would be better posted in the General Discussion subforum. But since I'm here...
The Marketplace is on the Home Screen, 11th forum tab down. (inbetween "CALIFORNIA SHOOTING CLUBS AND ORGANIZATIONS" and "VENDORS") Post your ad in the appropriate subforum; handguns, long guns, ammo, etc.

edit: PPT's (private party transfer) are better because if you let the gunstore sell it for you, they will keep at least half of what they sold it for. Meaning you would only get 50% of what your gun is really worth because they shelved, displayed, found the buyer, and got profit for you.
