    hi new here. dont own any guns yet just got into them because of all the news about ares and i want to get a few M-16s now before they get illegal

      And m-16 in the select fire version are already illegal/banned. I think what you mean is an AR-15 type semi-auto rifle, that is not specifically listed on the banned list and without "evil" features, with a bullet button, or non pistol grip stock. And 10 round magazines.
