Hi Tom,
First, copy the url from the post that the deal was struck from.
Click the blue iTrader number next to the person's name that you would like to leave feedback for (Yours is currently 1).
Click "Submit Feedback For.." and use the drop down boxes, paste the url, and finally, click "Submit Reply" at the bottom. -

I used your sale ad but whited out some stuff which really shouldn't matter anyways since any member can view what I erased.
