Walther P 38 and 1941 DWM Luger

Please help me determine there values. HELP!!
The Walther says Manurhin, Made in France, Pistolet P1,numbered 224781 on lower and 4781 on upper.
Luger says DWB and the 41 from top view, 88 1 stamped on side oppisite to safty, under barrel is difficult to read says( P-08 GER PAR? GA?ST ? UT)
