    Turners not doing FFL Transfers?

Hello All, New to CG, great site. Have been reading and learning a lot. Its a great community.

Now I have a question. Not sure which board to post on so thought I would start here.

GB has a GSG 5 at a dealer out of state. I realize its a .22 but like the MP5 look.

Would like to buy but need to find a local FFL who will do a transfer. I called Turners in Norwalk and they are telling me they no longer do FFL to FFL transfers?!

Anyone else have the same experience?

BTW I have given them a decent amount of business in the last few weeks, so find this pretty surprising. I realize I may get a different answer if I show up in person and show my receipts.

    Suggestions on other FFLs?

    Thanks in advance.

Yeah. FFL transfers are not required by law. It's the FFLs choice if they want to do them or not.
    Buy my EO Tech XPS3-0!!!

Note: I did not write the above article.

Turners prefers not to do dealer transfers and would rather dedicate their time to selling you from their inventory.

Do you want an AOW or C&R SBS/SBR in CA?

GB has a FFL look up feature as I recall. Just look for someone who wants to do them. Many FFLs will charge a handling fee to make it worth their while.

From what I've read on the intrawebz, the Umarex/H&K version is better than the GSG; something to think about, 'OP...

ya when i talked to them yesterday they said that it was turners corporate's decision not to do out of state transfers, i did do a face to face transfer about a week or two ago with them.
