Great site you have here. New guy checking in. I'm looking to pick up an AR style rifle. I'd prefer the 308. Typical use will be just for target and range shooting.
I have a Taurus .357 revolver and a Star M 30 9mm. Both picked up many many years ago.
I've played with rifles over the years, but never owned one. I like the AR type format due to the ability to mod.
I have already learned so much from just reading. Still deciding on the make and model, but will be patient. I live in Corona, in fact just down the street from Raahauge's.
I'm 47, have 3 kids, and happily married to my crazy wife.
