I was looking for a $25 deal on a NRA membership. An internet search lead me to a thread on CGN. I signed up for the NRA and then joined the forum.
I grew up in Kentucky, left in 1981 when I joined the Navy. I retired in 2007 and built a log home in the north east Sierra, Janesville, CA. I am 70 miles NNW of Reno, NV.
Buying guns in CA is sure different than KY, but, at lease I can still buy them. I have a CA, NV and KY CCW. Soon to drop KY and NV and pick up AZ. My wife is a Navy Veteran and has her CA CCW and soon to have AZ also.
I have weapons chambered in .22 LR, .223, 308 WIN, 9mm, .38 spl, .357 mag, .45 ACP, .410 and 12 ga. I have all the weapons I "need", however, I am concerned about being able to buy ammo in the future.
