Hello, I joined back in 2010, but not sure if I've ever posted anything here. I'm in the desert just north of L.A.. I need to bone up on all the laws pertaining to semi-auto, center fire rifles. And to learn what all the parts are, what they do, and when which part or combination of parts is legal or not. Wish me luck, QTH.

If you want to learn more about semiautomatic centerfire rifle configs then read the AWB law its self

CA Penal Code 12276.1. is where you will find the features and configurations...
(Also make sure your rifle is not "banned by name" under 12276)
