I just bought my first firearm, a Sig P6/225. My primary reason, to protect my rights. I would like to join in the efforts of stewardship to our rights, which seem to be encroached on daily.
I'm a San Diego native, I love California and don't want to be forced to leave by the continuance of poor governing and restrictive legislation. I love this land and I want to defend it, not flee.
My second attraction to firearms is my background as a technician. I'm looking forward to maintaining my gun, having full understanding of its operation, and being highly trained in the handling of my gun.
I'm excited to start sifting thru the vast amounts of information this forum provides, getting to know its members, and hopefully find something to give back to this community.
