Hey all.
New here...
Recently moved back to CA from WA for work and I'm enjoying it so far.
While I'm making a thread I figured I would ask a quick question.
Could I apply for a C&R license in CA without having a CA drivers license?
I only have my WA state ID right now, but I'm going to try and get over to the DMV next week.
Also, would my WA state ID be valid if I want to purchase a firearm from a shop or an FTF purchase of a C&R?
And.. another question!
I'm under 21, but over 18, and I'd like to own a pistol.
What can I do?
I've heard anything from having it gifted by a relative to doing a FTF on a C&R?
Of course, I can always wait like I can for my other question but just figured I would ask.
