              Welcome Chase, great name for a cop, lol. Here is a link to DOJ, California handbook, most of the information is good, it is dated 2007 but good to scan through. Remember the two most important rules of guns. It is always loaded and know what is behind the target.
              Also, your agency may request information on you social sites, watch what you put on the internet, could come back to haunt you. A law was just passed that they cannot do it, we will see if LE complies. Good luck to you.
