Hello all. Is there a time limit, or length limit to posts? I have tried, unsuccessfully, to post/preview a response (3) times now. When I hit the Submit New Thread or Preview Post buttons, I am told I am not signed in, despite having been signed in, and most frustrating, erases the post I wished to add.

Time limit as in, how long can you type before it "times out", I dont think there is such a thing.
Length limit? Not sure, but i know you can write a lot.
After you hit submit, you cant post again for another 15 secs or so.
And just highlight and "copy" your text, just in case it gets deleted, you just paste it.Last edited by fighterpilot562; 08-18-2012, 1:21 PM. -

Session times out
Does the same thing to me all the time. Most frustrating. I have to "go back", highlight, copy (as mentioned above), re-sign in, paste and post.

Sounds like it might be a computer problem. Have you cleared your "temporary internet files"? BTW. There is a Technology and the internet forum. Welcome and good luck.Comment
