I am a mind reader. Stsguns is an FFL and would like to sell off-roster guns in California. He would therefore like to know how to acquire the parts allowing him to do this.
Most of the FFLs that do SSE are 07 FFLs and have the ability to make the parts in house.

STS is a 07 but does not make their own barrels

STS has a 07 FFL but does not have the machinery to make barrels. If you only need 20 or 30 barrels it is not cost effective to machine them yourself.

You don't have to make a barrel. Buy a barrel for whichever gun and add how much length you need.

Welcome aboard! I can't answer your quest, but can suggest you look/ask in one of several areas. Perhaps gunsmithing or FFL subforums would have somebody that can help. Recognize most people here don't look into the "new here" area for Qs to A.
CalGuns Network (CGN) is different from CalGuns Foundation (CGF). Both need our support. I have gold name because I support CGN; plus, I send $10 every two weeks to CGF automatically via online BillPay as described here.

Support CGF by shopping at Amazon!
