Interview coming up and I shall disclose everything. I am 44 yrs of age. I hv misdemeanor at 18. Something I was very disappointing of doing (ripping off car stereos). Yes, I know, it angries me too when mine is stolen. But had been a law abiding citizen since then. I used the app "Been Verified" which I used on myself to view my criminal history and those charges wasn't on file, but still will disclose. Will they deny my ccw?

You can file and have it expunged. No lawyer needed as you don't show up to court. You just file the paper and a $60 fee. It's a single sided form. While PD still will see it, the public will not. It changes the plea from a guilty to not guilty. Something to think about.

CCW? Really? If you get one let us all know. 18 years old was a lifetime away. We all did stupid stuff back then. Now go Get that JOB!!!
