Hello everyone,
My buddy told me about this site and I decided to join. This is my first post. I own a Springfield Operator which I absolutely love. It is by far the most comfortable hand gun I have ever shot let alone most comfortable 1911 I have ever shot. The next closest thing I would have to say is a SIG P220.

The only other firearm I own is a Walther G22 rifle. This is a super fun .22. I bought the first one that Target Masters got in stock the first year this gun came out. Well....they told me it was the first one that got in stock anyway.

So...now I am gonna build my first firearm from scratch. It will be an AR15. My buddy scored a great deal on some lowers and will be transferring one of them to me. I am just getting started with my research and don't really know much about them. I was pointed to a guy on this site that makes uppers and I plan on contacting him regarding one for me. I love the look of the Dark Earth stuff but I think I want to go with OD Green for really no other reason than it will match my Operator which I think will be kinda cool. I plan on building this in 5.56 for the versatility and ability to shoot .223 as well as economireasons. Next one will be .458 socom.
