Hello all! As this thread says, I'm a newby here and am very glad I found this site. It's been very informative after being out of the hobby for about 18 years.
I grew up with firearms in N.E. Pennsylvania and they have always been a part of my hobbies since. I got involved with drag racing early on and that has been my bad habit for over 30 years. I had a brief break in the early eigthties in which I began shooting regularly. Then my son decided we should go racing again and we did.
Now due to some health issues the racing needs to end. So here I am back to this bad habit. My how things have changed over the years!!
I look forward to gaining a wealth of knowledge on here and hope to meet some of you along the way as I visit some sites around central Califonia.
I want to try some long range rifle shooting as I have been a revolver lover most of the time. In about a year, as I get my legs back under me I would like to get involved with some events and attend some of the clinics I see offered. This is going to be some fun! Mike
