    Handgun Storage

I just bought a gun safe and was trying to figure out the most efficient way to store handguns in the safe and not do anything that could damage the guns. I was thinking of putting up felt on one wall and making pockets for each one to hang in. Anyone have any other homemade and safe ideas? Would my idea work? I am trying to not spend any more money on gun storage.
    Thanks

    WnewportI,

You might want to check out the accessories section or google "safe storage" + "calguns" and you should be able to find some threads on rifle and handgun storage.

Safe dehumidifier and/or desiccant packs come to mind. Anything that will absorb moisture. Good luck on your search and welcome aboard.

So I ended up buying felt and Velcro. I cut the felt out after shaping it around the gun so that it would be like a holster. I sewed on the Velcro to one side and sewed the felt shut into the proper shape. I stuck it to the door of my safe and it works perfectly! For under $10 I could probably make 6 of them.
