    California Legal FN SCAR 16/17??

What has to be done to make these rifles legal in california? Are they worth the buy? would an AR15/AR10 be a better choice?

I'm interested in this info also. I have an AR10 but would love to have a SCAR.

Sent from the rocket in my pocket, my all powerful DROID BIONIC.

Spoke to a guy at the range about his SCAR 17, He have to pinned the folding stock, and added the BB to make it CA legal.
It is a great rifle, but $3000 it is not, I will wait. Also, you can't get replacement parts for it right now and the Mags are too expensive.

welcome. nice rifle but for 3k i think its a bit much, you could get a really tricked out ar with nice optics for that price.
