My name is Brian. I was born in CA but have lived in other states since 1997.
That experience has shown me how messed up the laws are here for lawful gun owners and sportsmen.
After giving up my guns for marriage, divorce has given me reason to start again. I have 3 .22 rifles, a 30-06 and a Taurus 9mm. For the most part I am a target shooter. I really want to improve my long range shooting skills.
My next 3 guns I want to get are the Ruger SR1911, an M-1 carbine and an AR-15.
So now that I am here in Pittsburg I am looking at ranges and clubs. Any recommendations are helpful. Would like CCW, but see that as a lost cause unless I move to a better county or HR822 equivalent becomes law, in which case I will just get a Utah non-resident.
Looking forward to helping expand our gun rights.
