Hello everyone, decided to set up an account and hopefully learn a lot about our favorite subject. I'm a midwest transplant who spent a lot of my childhood shooting and hunting in montana.
Most recently picked up an old remington police 870 and love it. Before that, a 30-06 hunting rifle with a nice Zeiss on top, but haven't been able to use it for its intended purpose yet.
Right now I'm in the market for some sort of auto rifle ... not sure whether AR, AK, or one of the others. I'll be throwing some posts up about that. Also was in the market for a nice old Ruger security six until I saw that you have to find some way around the approved handgun list. To round it off, sooner or later I need to pick up a good auto pistol. So, no shortage of questions.
