Hello all, just moved from the NC to CA. I have several Sigs (220, 226, 229, 250), do I need to register my firearms? Also most of my mags are over 10, can I just carry the pistols and sale the mags until I can get my mag in 10 limit?

Welcome to the forum.

You don't need to register your handguns as long as they were registered when you bought them. Over 10 round mags are illegal in California unless you owned them pre-ban which was before 1/1/2000.

Getting a ccw in L.A. County is almost imposible so don't carry your guns loaded/concealed.

You can buy California legal mags online or in many gun stores!
