    Colt Anaconda

    I have a Colt Anaconda that a guy in Kentucky wants to buy. I live in Va is it legal for me to just have him send me a check and I put it in Fed.Ex. I am a privet owner

      This is a CA guns website but I can answer NO to this. Federal law requires that any firearm crossing state lines MUST go through an FFL, usually on the receiving end.
