    Hello from Fullerton

I've been lurking far too long. Decided that it was finally time to contribute.
I have been shooting since I was in grade school. I received my first formal
firearms training when my parents sent me to a local Catholic military school.
Back then, a rifle range on the grounds of a K-8 school was acceptable.
Nowadays, I guess it's no longer "politically correct". The range was removed
some years back and the students no longer get the comprehensive
firearms safety, handling, and marksmanship training that I had access to.

Well, time to get active! Maybe I can play a small part in helping change what
the public views as being "politically correct".

    Thank You Much!

Welcome to the forums! I lived in Fullerton for about 4 years before moving to neighboring Orange. It's a great town. Do you go shooting at OC Indoor by any chance?

                Rekrab,
I have not been to OC Indoor yet, but have been considering it as the wife has recently shown an interest in shooting. I've used On Target in the past as we used to live in
                Laguna Niguel.

It's a nice range, get the membership and the guys that work there will get to know you pretty quick. They've had some problems with bad lines, but it's rare. I just go often enough that I notice. They're also very popular so weekends can be a little packed.

                          Again, welcome to CalGuns!
